Affirmative Action Plan

Department of Labor (DOL) 41 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 60-2 requires an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) for Females and Minorities and Individuals with Disabilities and Covered Veterans be created for establishments with: 1) contracts of $50,000 or more and 2) 50 or more employees.

UC Santa Barbara's AAPs cover the twelve-month period of November 1 through October 31.
